Super cute dress! I’m 5’3”, about 140 pounds (after having 2 kids so my tummy isn’t the tightest), 34DD bra, I bought a medium and I’m usually a true medium (large if tops are tight fitting). I got it for a bridal shower for a wedding I’m in and it was perfect. The bottom is almost a silky material, I didn’t need spanx for my baby tummy, and I was comfortable all day! I wore flats and I felt like the length was good.
